Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of ZarCash. The essential point is the first one: this is an information website, and nothing on it is a credit offer or financial advice for your circumstances.
ZarCash is not a lender
ZarCash is a comparison and information website. It is not a credit provider, a lender, a broker or a credit bureau. It does not grant, approve, underwrite, arrange or guarantee credit, and it does not accept loan applications. Every loan is granted by the NCR-registered credit provider named in the offer, and that provider alone decides whether to lend to you and on what terms.
Information, not advice
Everything published here is general information about South African credit. It does not take account of your circumstances, your income, your existing obligations or your objectives, and it is not financial advice.
Calculator results are estimates computed at the statutory maximum charges. They are not quotes, not offers, and not affordability decisions. Only a registered credit provider can tell you what you qualify for, and only its pre-agreement quote binds anyone.
Lender information is transcribed from the source shown and was accurate as at the last-checked date on the page. Providers change their terms without notice. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with the provider directly.
Third-party sites and providers
Following a link to a credit provider takes you to a site we do not operate and are not responsible for. Any agreement you enter into is between you and that provider.
We do not endorse any provider. Appearing on this site means a provider was present in our research and met our disclosure criteria — it is not a recommendation, and it does not mean the provider is suitable for you.
Before applying anywhere, verify the provider’s NCR registration yourself in the National Credit Regulator’s register.
How we make money
ZarCash may earn a commission when you click through to a partner and apply. That commission never determines the order in which providers are listed, and it never changes what we publish about them. Where a page carries a commercial link, a disclosure appears next to it.
Limits and changes
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it. Where an error is confirmed we correct it and log the correction.
These terms and the content of the site may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the terms as they then stand.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
